Hello, beautiful people people! It's Monday but it's holiday! Well, actually I'm waiting for my flight bound to Kota Kinabalu in approximately 2 more hours. Yep, I was so excited this morning I arrived at the airport 4 hours before my flight. LOL Anyway, today I would love to do a review on a wash-off mask that I tried on my friend last night, after a long hours in the hall, attending our driving license compulsory 5 hours lecture, and it's I Need You Honey Wash-Off Mask from Etude House.
Product Description:
Go all out with this revitalizing facial massage formulated with medicinal herbs and honey to soften, pamper and nourish skin.
Capacity/Nett Weight: 48g
Directions: After facial cleansing and prior to toner application.
Massage pack onto face.
Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.
Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
Packaging:
Active Ingredients: Honey, Ginseng (rejuvenate skin), Red Ginseng (increase skin elasticity), Cactus (remove skin dirt) and Angelica extracts (tighten pores).
I personally think the packaging makes it very convenient and hygienic as it will easily fit in my travel bag. Well, I travel almost every month and definitely down with the idea of treating my skin while on board.
The wash-off pack contains 4 small containers with different extracts inside. Each of the pack contains 12g of the product which is quite a lot for me. According to the beauty assistant, one packet is meant for two usage. Means I only need half for one time usage and keep the other half for next usage. It can be kept it in the refrigerator, or in a container, as long as it's not exposed to open-air. If only Etude House can make it another divider inside one pack, then that will be great so I don't need to use my spatula each time I'm opening a new pack.
Final verdict:
For the first round, I used the Ginseng one. Notice the exfoliating beads? I only saw this in Honey Wash-Off Masks unlike in the Yogurt version like I saw on sites. So yeah, before washing the mask off, try to massaging your skin beforehand.
After using the mask, it's really taking some time to wash it off with running water because it adheres to my skin so well. But after drying it off, it felt so supple and soft.
So yes. A total win. The scent was a bit turn-off for a bit at first, but after few minutes, I'm used to it. So, it's okay.
Score: 4.5/5. Minus half point for the sticky part but it's not really that important.
Anyway, that's all for today, I'll see you guys next post! Au revoir!
