Last month, I've used several sheets of MasCream Sheet for Nourishing as my skin felt so dry especially for the past months I've been battling with flaky skin due to spending at least 10 hours a day in air-conditioned room so this week I decided to try the Brightening variant also from the same sheet mask line.
Product Description:
The intense-action masCream sheet improves dull skin with a brightening cream containing black pearl and argan oil.
How to Use:
Unfold the mask and carefully place it on your freshly cleansed face, avoiding the eye and mouth contours.
Remove after 10 to 20 minutes and tap gently on skin until the cream completely absorbed.
Argan Oil believed to be antioxidants, contains vitamin E and essential fatty acids. It can hydrate the skin and won't grease up oily skin.
Pearls known to have anti-aging, brightening and anti-wrinkle benefits. Though I haven't got a clue how it works but whenever I'm asking for brightening sheet masks in Korean beauty stores like this brand and Etude House. they'll give me either pearl, rice, lime or strawberry-based masks.
Packaging:
As this mask is for brightening, using white colour as a theme befitting that concept perfectly.
The sheet used for this mask line is actually Microfibre sheet. The dense microfibre that's rich in cream adheres closely to the skin, providing soothing comfort. Like I've mentioned before, the sheet is quite thick and indeed adheres to my face so well.
As you can see, this mask too comes with that white cream like in Nourishing variant.
Verdict:
When it comes to whether it's actually brightening my skin or not, I gotta say it's gonna take more than a sheet mask to actually achieve brighter skin but I'm loving the cream mostly because it's so moisturising for my skin and it helps with my dry patches.
I've used this mask few times already and I have equal feeling between this and the Nourishing variant. I'm loving the formulation!
Final verdict: 5/5. I love this variant as well. Definitely will be repurchasing this again.
So what do you think? Do you use this kind of sheet mask? Are brightening sheet masks really work?
